ALL ABOUT JAY TAYLOR

Before we get ahead of ourselves, we want to introduce you to the owner of Taylor Cycles – Jay Taylor.

Opening a bike store was a natural progression for Jay Taylor, who has nurtured a passion for bikes since he was a young boy. At age 17, he represented Australia on the Australian mountain bike team alongside former team-mate and recent Tour De France winner Cadel Evans.

Racing and riding has always been a part of his life, and a hobby funded almost entirely by working in bike stores- which was in fact Jay’s first ever job. 20 years on, Jay is proud to be using his life-long passion and experience to set his own benchmark in the industry.

Jay rides for and manages his own cross country and Road race team, Team Taylor Cycles. Through this he has been able to better deliver the benefits of his shop and his close relationship with trusted sponsors to other keen riders.
